On April 8, 2026, a Supplementary Agreement to the Investment Agreement dated December 12, 2019, was signed at the State Committee on Investment and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan. The agreement was concluded between the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Avesto Group LLC, and Artel Engineering and Management LLC

Three years ago, on August 28, 2021, “Composite T.A.” LLC specializing in the production of fiberglass pipes, was officially inaugurated with the participation of the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, and the Chairman of Majlisi milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mayor of Dushanbe, His Excellency Rustam Emomali.

The Poultry Agro-Industrial Complex of the Limited Liability Company “Marmari” is one of the most significant facilities in the country, officially inaugurated three years ago, on August 28, 2021, in the Danghara district. The opening ceremony was attended by the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, along with the Chairman of the Majlisi milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mayor of Dushanbe, His Excellency Rustami Emomali.

Five years ago, on August 27, 2019, the «Siyoma» plant, dedicated to the production of bottled water and alcoholic beverages, was officially inaugurated in the Ismoili Somoni district of the capital. This event took place with the participation of the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, and the Mayor of Dushanbe, His Excellency Rustam Emomali.
