Graphic Designer
Avesto Group is looking for a – Graphic Designer
Your responsibilities will include:
- Using graphic software to create engaging designs;
- Developing corporate identity, guidelines, and brand books;
- Designing layouts for various materials;
- Designing website interfaces;
- Preparing presentations;
- Performing other duties related to graphic design.
What we expect from you:
- At least 3 years of experience as a graphic designer (portfolio required);
- Proficient user of Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and other graphic software;
- Knowledge of composition, typography, and color theory;
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines;
- Skill in combining colors and fonts effectively;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, responsibility, attention to detail, initiative, good interpersonal skills, and a developed artistic taste.

Office Manager
Avesto Group is looking for an Office Manager
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support for the company’s operations.
- Assisting the company's director with professional tasks.
- Handling documents and personal applications for the director’s signature.
- Managing incoming correspondence (letters, faxes): receiving, registering, forwarding to recipients, archiving, and storing documents.
- Organizing receipt of correspondence at the legal, postal, and physical addresses.
- Managing outgoing correspondence (letters, faxes): registering, forwarding, archiving, and storing documents.
- Preparing drafts of letters, requests, and other documents related to the company's activities as instructed by the director.
- Printing official materials and entering data into the company’s database.
- Answering phone calls and redirecting them to relevant employees when necessary.
- Recording and conveying phone messages to the director in their absence.
- Organizing meetings with visitors and guests of the company, including serving tea and coffee when needed.
Office Maintenance:
- Ordering water as needed.
- Ordering office supplies as needed.
- Managing subscriptions to periodicals.
- Maintaining cleanliness and order at the workplace and office premises.
- Ensuring proper document and asset storage.
Qualification:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using office equipment (printer, scanner).
- Fluency in Russian and Tajik.
- English proficiency is an advantage.
