Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming calls, as well as inquiries received through messengers, email, and other communication channels;
• Provide customers with accurate, complete, and timely information;
• Consult customers on the company’s services, terms of service, and procedures for submitting requests;
• Register customer inquiries, complaints, suggestions, and requests in the CRM system;
• Create, support, and monitor customer requests to ensure their timely resolution;
• Forward inquiries to the relevant departments when required;

• Follow approved service standards and customer communication scripts;

Requirements:

Avesto Group is looking for a qualified and responsible Transport Department Specialist to support the effective management, coordination, and development of the company’s corporate vehicle fleet.
Key responsibilities:
- Organize and ensure the smooth daily operation of corporate transport, including buses, special-purpose vehicles, and passenger cars;
• Manage and monitor the technical condition of a vehicle fleet of more than 700 units;
• Coordinate with service stations and supervise vehicle repairs, maintenance, and proper operation;
• Maintain accurate records of vehicles, fuel and lubricants, mileage, operating costs, and related documentation;
• Develop and implement internal regulations, procedures, instructions, and operational standards for the Transport Department;
• Monitor drivers’ performance, including discipline, work schedules, efficiency, and compliance with internal rules;
• Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, adaptation, and offboarding of drivers;
• Analyze and optimize routes, vehicle usage, and transport-related processes;
• Prepare reports, analytical materials, and statistical data on fleet performance;
• Participate in transport development projects, including electric buses, digitalization, and cashless payment solutions;
• Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for management;
• Ensure compliance with traffic regulations and the transport legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan;
• Communicate and cooperate with government authorities, partners, and external organizations.
Requirements:
- Higher education in transport, logistics, engineering, management, or a related field;
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a transport company, corporate fleet, or similar field;
• Understanding of fleet management principles;
• Knowledge of the Traffic Rules of the Republic of Tajikistan;
• Knowledge of the Transport Code of the Republic of Tajikistan;
• Understanding of the basics of vehicle operation, repair, and maintenance;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data, reports, and Excel;
• Ability to handle large volumes of information and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Good presentation preparation skills, including PowerPoint;
• Strong organizational and management skills;
• Fluency in Tajik and Russian; knowledge of English will be an advantage;
• Confident PC user.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Identifying and attracting new international partners, as well as developing and maintaining long-term partnership relations;
• Organizing and coordinating international events, including conferences, forums, meetings, seminars, and exhibitions, as well as participating in their implementation;
• Coordinating cooperation between the company’s internal departments, international partners, and event participants;
• Organizing visa support for employees and foreign guests, providing guidance on visa application procedures, and monitoring the visa issuance process;
• Preparing meeting programmes, agendas, presentation materials, and reports on the results of international cooperation activities;
• Accompanying foreign delegations and guests and providing informational and organizational support during their visits;
• Ensuring the confidentiality of information and compliance with data protection requirements;
• Carrying out other assignments from management related to the development of international cooperation.
What we expect from you:
• A university degree in international relations, international business, management, economics, or a related field;
• At least one year of professional experience in international relations, foreign economic activity, project management, or a related field;
• Fluency in the official state language and at least two foreign languages;
• In-depth knowledge of international cooperation, foreign economic activity, and project management;
• Ability to conduct research and analyse international markets and potential partners;
