On November 19, the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, respected Emomali Rahmon, and the Chairman of the Majlisi Milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, Mayor of Dushanbe respected Rustam Emomali opened the trade and service center “Siyoma Mall” in Firdavsi district, Dushanbe. The Leader of the Nation, respected Emomali Rahmon, by pressing a symbolic button, launched the operation of the center for trade, services, and entertainment, which is the largest in the country.
The trading and entertainment center “Siyoma Mall” was established within the constructive initiatives by the Executive Body of Dushanbe city in honor of the 30th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan and the “Year of Rural Development, Tourism, and Folk Crafts” by the Limited Liability Company “Avesto Group” with a blend of high national and European architectural art.
The new luxurious center consists of 3 floors, covering a total area of over 3.5 hectares, and the building is constructed on an area of 24,000 square meters. The “Siyoma Mall” building houses 86 retail, service points, halls, shops, and entertainment centers, operating in accordance with international standards.
The goal of constructing the “Siyoma Mall” trade and entertainment center is primarily to provide modern services to ensure public access to high-quality domestic and foreign goods, beautiful clothing for children, teenagers, youth, men, women, and adults, entertainment for children, efficient use of time, and overall adaptation of services to the needs of the international community while creating new jobs. It has been reported to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, respected Emomali Rahmon, that the establishment and operation of the “Siyoma Mall” trade and entertainment center in Dushanbe has created 700 new jobs and decent working conditions for the employees.
The respected Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, thanked the founders for establishing a grand modern trade, service, and entertainment center in the capital. He provided valuable advice and recommendations to the responsible individuals on creating a wide range of opportunities for choosing and purchasing various domestic and imported products, efficiently utilizing the available resources, and further improving the level and quality of services in the newly established center.
Sales and service points are primarily located on the first and second floors of the “Siyoma Mall”. It is worth noting that most companies and stores operating in this center are known for their high-quality products in various countries worldwide and have a strong reputation.
Foreign companies and stores offer a big assortment of branded products, including seasonal men’s, women’s, and children’s clothing. Additionally, quality food products and household appliances are sold in the center, with customers having access to modern banking services, mobile communication, modern pharmacies, spacious furniture halls, household appliances, electrical equipment, and perfume-cosmetic stores.

The second floor of the building has a children’s entertainment center, modern fast-food outlets, and a modern cinema. The children’s and teenagers’ entertainment center are equipped with a variety of equipment for the games and leisure of the younger generation. There is a parking lot for over 350 vehicles and a modern car wash next to the Siyoma Mall.
Construction work at the Siyoma Mall, began in 2019 with the involvement of around 400 local builders. High-quality domestic construction materials were predominantly used during the construction process. The construction was completed by experienced professionals according to international standards.
Together with opening the “Siyoma Mall” trading and entertainment center, a number of food products, men’s, women’s, and children’s clothing, shoes, perfumes, mobile phones, medicines, medical supplies, household goods, appliances, furniture, and souvenirs will be available to residents of the country, visitors, local and foreign tourists. The building of Siyoma Mall is designed in a modern style, making it beautiful and attractive. Evergreen and decorative trees are planted around the center, and beautiful fountains further enhance this area. The “Parthenon” Palace is a newly reconstructed venue designed in the beautiful style of Greek architecture for hosting various celebrations and events. Intended for cultural, entertainment, national festivities, and other ceremonies, the facilities are maintained to international standards.
It should be underlined that the interior of the “Parthenon” Palace building is borrowed from the architectural art of Ancient Greece and stands as evidence of the respect and reverence of the civilizing nation towards the history of the world’s peoples. In order to present the history of Ancient Greece, sculptures of heroes from bygone eras are installed on the walls inside and outside the building.
To align with its history, high-quality construction materials with a distinctive wall covering style were used in the event hall, and necessary conditions were created for even distribution of sound and illumination regarding the event. The staff of “Parthenon” Palace is equipped with special attire and prepared to serve guests at a high-quality level.
With the construction and opening the Palace “Parthenon”, 50 people have been provided with permanent jobs, and the necessary conditions have been created for their work. At the entrance to the Palace “Parthenon”, there is a long corridor with a rest area and a cloakroom. The main column-free hall of the “Parthenon” Palace is designed for 150 seats and looks very majestic.
The palace also has a small hall, rooms for mother and child, a separate entrance and exit for the staff. Along with the main hall, the small hall also has facilities for receiving guests and this hall is also colorfully and modernly decorated. All conditions have been created in the palace for the production of national and European dishes.
A modern fountain has been installed in the courtyard of the “Parthenon” Palace and an olive tree has been planted, signifying the beginning of the construction’s history. The building of the “Parthenon” Palace is located on an area of 1400 square meters, and its auxiliary facilities cover 200 square meters. Also, an outdoor stage with beautiful national patterns and an attractive fountain has been built in the courtyard between the Center of the “Siyoma Mall” and the “Parthenon” Palace.
The President of the country, respected Emomali Rahmon, expressed gratitude to domestic entrepreneurs for the construction of such a modern trade, service and entertainment center, where more than 600 new jobs were created for residents in general, and called this initiative a worthy example. Thus, with the construction of the center for trade and entertainment “Siyoma Mall” and the “Parthenon” Palace in Firdavsi district of Dushanbe, it has become even more comfortable and beautiful, and decent conditions have been created for residents and guests to access world-class services, educate their aesthetic taste and expand the worldview of citizens.
