During his working visit to Dangara District, the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, esteemed Emomali Rahmon, officially launched the operations of the joint venture LLC “Muosir.”
It is worth noting that the foundation stone of this facility was laid by President Emomali Rahmon in May 2017. At that time, the Head of State instructed responsible parties to construct the enterprise to a high standard within one and a half years. Thus, this large industrial enterprise was completed ahead of schedule and has begun functioning today.
The joint venture “Muosir” is located on 24 hectares and consists of 21 production buildings and auxiliary facilities.
After the completion of construction and installation of technologies in the first phase, responsible parties plan to develop concrete plans for the production of other types of products.
In the administrative building’s control center, Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon pressed a button to start its modern equipment and monitored the production process via a screen.
A similar modern system is also established in the production sector, and the production process is regularly controlled through a unified control center. It was noted that 14 types of modern equipment are installed at the Tajik-Chinese joint venture, with an annual production capacity of 20,000 tons.
The enterprise uses domestic raw materials as well as those from Russia, China, and Uzbekistan. Currently, the plant produces three types of products intended for construction work in tunnels, mineral extraction, road laying, and creating vertical wells. Four warehouses, each meeting international standards, have been built outside the production enterprise for storing finished products. The completion of the production cycle, harvesting, and transportation of finished products is carried out by 12 units of equipment and machinery.
The Head of State was informed that currently, 80 people, including 60 Tajik citizens, are employed at the enterprise with permanent jobs and good salaries. Necessary conditions have been created for specialists and workers to perform successfully.
Local residents and people from other regions of the country will be employed at this enterprise, and they will be provided with housing on the company’s premises. The two-story dormitory offers all the necessary living conditions. The first floor houses a canteen for 50 people.
The enterprise’s specialists have extensive experience, and their activities are conducted in accordance with international standards. To enhance their professional skills, a classroom equipped with necessary devices has been opened, where employees undergo training courses under the guidance of highly qualified specialists.
To ensure the safety of workers, observation posts have been organized in cooperation with law enforcement agencies, and the enterprise’s premises are monitored by surveillance cameras.
Evergreen decorative trees and various flowers have been planted around the enterprise and along the sidewalks, with landscaping carried out to meet requirements. Therefore, the area is very convenient for rest and walks.
The joint venture “Muosir,” created with the support of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, contributions from domestic entrepreneurs, and foreign investments, will lay a strong foundation for achieving the country’s strategic goal of transitioning from an agrarian-industrial to an industrial-agrarian economy.
