The commencement of activities by the Limited Liability Company “City Service Ltd” in Dushanbe marks a new chapter in international-level transport services.

In line with the strategic objectives of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to lift the country out of communication isolation and transform it into a transit state, this company’s operations will contribute to maintaining necessary technical conditions by providing maintenance services.

The company will focus on offering technical services to public transport vehicles, addressing the increasing demand driven by the national economy’s growth, particularly in foreign trade. As the country becomes a transit state, providing international-level technical services to public transport, especially large vehicles, will be crucial. Establishing such a technically equipped and expert-staffed center addresses this need.

The primary goal of this center is to offer warranty services based on a contract between the Dushanbe City Government and the Turkish company “Ulasim Ic Ve Dis Ticaret Anonim Sirketi” for the procurement of modern “Akia” buses. It should be noted that according to this contract, “Ulasim Ic Ve Dis Ticaret Anonim Sirketi” committed to providing annual warranty maintenance for buses purchased by the Dushanbe municipality.

This Turkish company, in partnership with “Avesto Group” LLC, established the joint venture “City Service Ltd.” The enterprise includes a special store for ordering and purchasing spare parts, where clients can buy spare parts at reasonable prices. If a needed spare part is unavailable, an online store service is provided, allowing any spare part to be ordered from abroad and delivered promptly.

To enhance aesthetics and align with the capital’s standards, a showroom for public transport and other vehicles has been organized at the enterprise. Additionally, to ensure mobile technical services, the company provides clients with special vehicles equipped with diagnostic equipment, regardless of the location of passenger or freight transport vehicles. This means that the company can promptly dispatch a mobile team and equipment in case of technical issues on bus routes.

The mobile team’s operations will ensure continuous public transport services for the residents and guests of Dushanbe. With the opening of this enterprise by the esteemed Chairman of Dushanbe, Rustami Emomali, more than 20 local citizens will be provided with permanent jobs. Additionally, the joint venture offers modern working conditions and fair salaries for its employees.
