Today the Founder of Peace and National Unity – the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, respected Emomali Rahmon, together with the Chairman of the City of Dushanbe, respected Rustami Emomali, put into operation an enterprise for the production of thirst-quenching beverages and wine and vodka products “Siema” in the Ismoili Somoni district of the capital and got acquainted with the production line and its capabilities. The enterprise was created by “Avesto Gurukh” LLC within the framework of the instructions and parting words of the Head of State and has the opportunity to produce and offer 33 million liters of water to customers during the year. The company is equipped with modern production lines, and the installed equipment will ensure the comprehensive quality of the finished products. According to the responsible persons’ information, the installed technology at the enterprise was produced by the well-known French company “Sidel” and operates on the basis of modern international standards.
The equipment of the enterprise was carried out by specialists from France, Italy, Pakistan, the Czech Republic, Russia, Serbia, Mexico, Argentina and Spain. As the Head of State was informed, the company pays primary attention to the quality of products, and the production line is provided with a four-stage cleaning filter. In particular, to ensure good quality and bring products in line with modern international requirements, water undergoes quartz, carbon, ceramic filtration and ionization, and the “Sidel” technology fully operates automatically. Along with this, an ozonation system is also used at the newly created enterprise to ensure product safety and protect consumer health. These measures will ensure comprehensive product quality. The production of carbonated, non-carbonated and other beverages in high demand in plastic and glass vessels of various sizes has been established, and their appearance and quality meet domestic and foreign standards.
With the start of the company’s activity, it will be possible to produce not only import-substituting, but also export-oriented products in the future, since this company has established its activities according to recognized international standards. The technological line for the production of wine and vodka products was ordered in European countries, such as the famous companies “Altec” in the Czech Republic and “STM” in Poland, as well as at “ZavKom Engineering” of the Russian Federation, and today it is fully installed. In order to produce high-quality products, the modern laboratory is provided by the Austrian company with the latest equipment, such as a determinant of the degree density of alcoholic beverages, which currently has no analogues in Central Asia. The wine and vodka products produced at this enterprise are mainly intended for export. Currently, 100 people have been employed at the new enterprise, and after the start of its operation at full capacity, 160 local specialists will be provided with permanent jobs and a good salary. 25 foreign specialists were also involved in the training of local personnel.
According to the responsible persons, in order to further improve working conditions, spacious workrooms have been created at the enterprise, and employees are provided with special working clothes and food. The territory of the enterprise is spread over 1.4 hectares of land, and the area of the constructed building is 7,500 square meters. This enterprise was created taking into account modern architectural art, more than 100 experienced local specialists were involved in its construction. During the familiarization, the Head of State gave a high assessment of the completed works and instructed those responsible for effective activities and for the production of competitive products. It should be noted that the respected Leader of the Nation laid the first stone of this enterprise on March 19, 2018, and it was created at a high-quality level in a short time. Water for processing and production of final products is delivered from the Siema River, located 55 km from the capital of the country. Recall that this water was included in the top ten best waters in the world at the International Drinking Water Competition held in 2001 in the United States. According to the research of scientists, water from Siema has a positive effect on the living organism and is very useful for strengthening the body, especially muscles, intestines, digestion and cleansing the body. Water originates under glaciers, and for its delivery to the enterprise there is a modern industrial transport that fully preserves its composition and property. To provide the enterprise with water and its further distribution at points of sale, special vehicles for transportation with a capacity of 25 and 4 tons with the brand “Siema” were purchased. It is planned to bring the number of freight transport to 200 units in the near future. Tajikistan occupies one of the first places in the world in terms of clean drinking water reserves and is considered to be a recognized initiator for solving water-related issues for the benefit of humanity.
With the adoption of the fourth initiative of the Head of the Tajik State, a new International Decade of Action “Water for Sustainable Development, 2018-2028” is being implemented on a global scale, and reasonable and creative proposals have been put forward within its framework to date. Tajikistan has now become one of the political centers for discussing water problems at the world level. The water produced at the company “Siema” is very profitable from an economic and social point of view and can represent our beloved Homeland in the international arena. Its export will certainly bring good economic profit in the future. The company’s activities will also contribute to the implementation of the “State Program for promoting export and import substitution for 2016-2020”. The Government of the country has set a goal to establish a large processing of domestic raw materials through the creation of new industrial enterprises and thus turn Tajikistan from an agrarian-industrial country into an industrial-agricultural country and an exporter of finished products. Only in the first half of 2019, the volume of industrial production in the city of Dushanbe amounted to 1.3 billion somoni, which is 25 percent more compared to this period last year, and during 2016-2018, the volume of production almost doubled. The number of industrial enterprises for 6 months of this year reached 463, which is 20 more enterprises compared to this period last year. As the Head of State, respected Emomali Rahmon noted, the launch of new enterprises and workshops in the city of Dushanbe on the eve of the celebration of the 28th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan is evidence of the sustainable development of the national economy, our strong steps towards the long-term development of the country and the improvement of the capital.
